Ungluten for a Better Life
Are you in your 30s or 40s and suffering from digestive issues, body pains and unexplained fatigue? Do you bloat after eating or feel extremely sluggish and have brain fog? Are you having a difficult time losing weight and noticed other signs of ageing such as dull skin or skin tags?
If you said yes to any of these, you may have gluten sensitivity or intolerance, which could be a prelude to the onset of metabolic diseases such as diabetes, and in more severe cases, cancer.

Ungluten Asia explains the link between gluten and our health, with an aim to raise awareness in Asia. Here, you will find resources on how Asian diets have been impacted by wheat (gluten), and how we can remove gluten from favourite Asian dishes, so that we may preserve our culture and heritage while remaining healthy.

Battling years of unexplainable chronic pain and intense fatigue throughout her 30s, Ng Rei Na, the founder of Ungluten Asia, found relief through a gluten-free diet. To her doctor's surprise, she reversed her hypothyroidism, high blood pressure and high cholesterol without medication, just by removing gluten from her diet. This journey deepened her understanding of non-celiac gluten sensitivity, and the shift of Asian diets to consume more gluten and processed wheat. Rei Na hopes to raise awareness on the impact of gluten on our health with a particular focus on foods found in Singapore and Asia.
